We at Off Center Productions have a new enterprise; we are making a line of dog couture and cat and dog accessories. We will have winter coats, rain coats, novelty jackets, and many other items all handmade here in Washington State. We also will carry a line of healthy cat toys filled wi†h organic catnip.
